Pleeez Keep Me Accountable!

I started my "Ready for Summer Challenge" this week.  Just like Rebecca over at "I'm Not Who I Once Was . . .", I feel sooo much better in just one week.

My exercise goal is going to be the hardest.  It's a priority thing and one I have to commit wholly to! That's my request to fellow challengers . . . keep me accountable to exercise!  I look forward to receiving lots of inspiration from reading about all of your exercise habits.

I've never done a challenge before, so I'm trying it for the 1st time and am happy to see where it leads me on my  journey in getting healthy.  If you've never tried one before, I encourage you to try this one.  Like I said in my last post-if I can do this, you can do this!

  5. Yep, we're here to help! If you need some resources (free & legal) I just posted videos/websites that I use, check it out if you need something new to try. Figure out what you want and are willing to do: walking, jogging, running, video, your own routine, etc. Of course it helps if you like that activity!

  7. I'm doing a fitness challenge with my gym. Before the challenge, I would tell you that I work out 4 to 5 days per week. When I started tracking my exercise....reality was 2 to 3 days a week and sometimes only once a week! Tracking for me is key. I have a calendar in my workout room, I write down what I want to do during the month and then track it and make sure it gets done. Honestly exercise is the easiest thing to put on the back burner. but once you get started and commit to it. You will soon see consistency and success, it will fuel you to keep going. You can do this!!!

    Keep focused!

  8. I found you through the challenge. I found that once I really started to exercise and made time for it, I did it. I can't imagine not exercising now. Maybe that will happen for you too. Have a great first week!

  9. Getting started with exercise is the hardest part. And getting re-started if you stop for some reason. Even a walk around the neighborhood makes me feel so much better. And it's nice to be able to move faster and better. I think you will love being part of a challenge.
