OK - I'll try it! I'm a newbie to this challenge thing so administratively please bear with me! But inspirationally I'm game on!

- NSV (Non-Scale Victory): I want my Dr. to comment about my weight loss come July at my 6 mos. check up
- Exercise: I don't exercise purposely, so I'd like to begin 2X a week. (Would walking to a store front count if I park my car at the very end of the lot?)Lol
- Nutrition: Not blow my calories on the weekends! I struggle on the weekends.
Hi there! And thank you for joining our challenge. :) I think you have realistic goals, that's great! Don't worry about doing the administrative part of the challenge right, it's not a big deal. Just use it as inspiration and let's pull together :)

DeleteI had the same issues with exercise and still struggle with it. You know what though, any extra movement that you do throughout your day that you haven't regularly done in your past counts as fat burning opportunities! Seriously it does. You burn doing nothing so any movement above and beyond that is bonus and any extra above and beyond what you have been doing to gain or maintain, well that's the icing on the cake that is going to make you lose weight & leave that cake behind:-) So yes, parking further away so you have a longer walk definitely counts! Here's to all sorts of extra walking in your future:-)
