Fall Challenge


I am challenging myself to begin an exercise program since I haven't committed to anything exercise since beginning my weight loss journey in June.  This could be  why I've only loss 12 lbs so far!

Make one good choice today, it can lead to another! God Bless- Kara Lea

Breakfast:
Fiber One w/skim milk
OJ

Lunch:
1/2 chicken spinach strawberry pecan wrap
diet coke

Dinner:
2 slices pepperoni pizza
diet coke

Snack:
handful of peanut nuts
1 vanilla cupcake

Exercise:  Fall challenge met/ Day 1 down, 30 to go!
10 minutes on gazelle (remember Tony Little?!)
