Breakfast:
1/2 c WW vanilla yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 chopped apple
OJ
vitamin

Lunch:
Chopped italian salad with chicken
1 hard boil egg
8 ched rice cakes
water

Dinner:
1 broiled chicken breast
2 jojos
1 C coleslaw
diet coke

Snack:
1 peanut butter cookie
