Weekend Won!

Usually weekends are my down fall when it comes to diet and exercise but I tell you what . . . the http:/readyforsummerchallenge.blogspot.com has really kept me focused this weekend.

I told a friend about it and she text me on Saturday to meet her at our park Saturday for a walk.  My hubby knows about it and he was real supportive when we went grocery shopping and staying clear of the not so good stuff for us!  And our daughter thinks this whole blog thing is cool!  Every time my phone gets a new email update in regards to it she yells, "Mom, another one of your challenge girls has updated!". (guys too!)

Check out my tab, Before, During & After, for visual updates!  These types of photo progressions really inspired me when I began reading your weight loss journey blogs.  I hope mine will help someone too.  There are so many ways to get inspired to be more healthy and fit.  You never know what may be someones trigger.

Make one good choice today, it can lead to another! God Bless- Kara Lea

  1. So great that your husband is supportive! My grocery shopping woes are so much easier now that we both are on board for clean eating.

I also think it's great for your daughter to see the community of support with this challenge! Thank you for posting visual tab to keep and show track of progress. I live for these. When I see success in pics, I notice that my internal monologue of complaints and excuse making decreases tremendously!

    1. Thanks Jenn! Read your blog too. It's so easy to let our emotions undo all our hard work-considering your day yesterday. But I'm glad you're rising above it and making great choices!
