I'm back from vacation and ready to get back to Weight Watchers.  We went to Washington DC - it was soooo hot.  Did a lot of walking!  Also went to Gettysburg.  Made really good time driving.  Didn't stop much, so snacks were pretty healthy,  just what I packed.  Did splurge on Twizzlers!  I did gain  back 3 lbs.  In just a weeks time . . . it doesn't take long!

Hang in there everyone!  Keep the faith and keep in check.

Breakfast:
Thin bagel
Weight Watcher cream cheese
apple

Lunch:
2 deli turkey sliders with red peppers
1 piece cantaloupe
cheddar rice cakes
1 WW string cheese
water

Dinner:
Chinese chicken and broccoli/no rice
Sprite zero

Snack:
pumpkin flax seed granola
1 WW string cheese
3 Hershey kisses
1 WW raspberry ice cream bar
