Breakfast: Nothing-I know, I know . . .

Lunch:     Egg white omlet with slice of ched. cheese
              ched rice cakes
             crystal lite

Dinner:   Beef, Mash Potatoes and Carrots
              Cottage Cheese

Snack:   WW English toffee bar
             diet coke

Exercise:  Threw football around with family outside
